[Feature] Update CLI dependencies

   • Point to the latest openbb package so that it's up-to-date
   • Also, fixes a bug, where the export to XLSX was breaking.

2. What? (1-3 sentences or a bullet point list):

   • Update openbb and include all available OpenBB packages.
   • Include openpyxl in deps.

3. Impact (1-2 sentences or a bullet point list):

   • Moderate: new dependency added.

4. Testing Done:

   • Exporting to XLSX on the CLI: historical --symbol aapl --provider fmp --export xlsx
