Linux 1.2.0 delivery

Add continuity counter error and RAP flag detection.

Packaged using https://github.com/probonopd/linuxdeployqt
Uncompress the tarball then launch usr/bin/viewTS.

Tested under centos and ubuntu.

Buffer level release - windows

Correct issues #1 and #7.
Add buffer level display.

Now X axis is in second.
It can be reverted to the packet number in the menu Graph.

First delivery - windows

PCR, DTS, PTS display.
PCR, DTS, PTS differences display.
Bitrate and jitter based on PCR display.

Drag and drop for TS files.
Save series in file in text format.

Bug #1 and #7 are still valid in this version.
