⬆️ Bump the eslint group across 1 directory with 4 updates #63

Documentation for eslint-plugin-svelte is garbage:

Linting with flat config (ESLint 9) does not work with TypeScript sveltejs/eslint-plugin-svelte#732

Consider removing Storybook since it is stuck with legacy ESLint:

Support for the new FlatConfig format storybookjs/eslint-plugin-storybook#135
