Corrected classification of Ingress and Egress.

Ingress refers to data ingested in storage account PutBlob, PutBlock. Egress refers to data transferred from storage account, with APIs like GetBlob, CopyBlob.

The existing documented incorrectly used Ingress for read transactions and Egress for write transactions.
