Add inference support for MacOS with Metal.
To use Metal, you would need Apple7 GPU or newer (starting from Apple M1 chips). x86_64 CPUs or older Metal family isn't supported.
Same as for CUDA, you would need to activate Metal in Project Settings => Whisper => Enable Metal.
