Update bindings and compiled library of whisper.cpp to 1.4.2.
While it technically still in beta, it should be safe to use. Right now the only difference I found that it changed transcription results for some audio, but overall quality should be the same.
New version should allow to add prompting, CUDA support and other interesting stuff in future.
