Why do I release again PS 2021 ?
Because PS2022 has a lot of issue and it's not suitable for production environment. PS2021 is way more stable and functional. I recommend to use PS2021 until I find a way to get PS2022 more stable.
Camera Raw isn't in the package currently but you can install it with that command :
curl -L "https://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/photoshop/cameraraw/win/12.x/CameraRaw_12_2_1.exe" > CameraRaw_12_2_1.exe
WINEPREFIX=/Path/To/Your/Photoshop/Install/Adobe-Photoshop wine CameraRaw_12_2_1.exe
To use camera raw you need to change a settings
Edit -> preferences -> Camera raw... -> performance -> Use graphic processor : Off
If camera raw is sometimes grayed out, just go to : Edit -> preferences -> Tools, and uncheck show Tooltips.

Link to photoshop is not on mediafire instead of dropbox maybe it will fix this traffic issue
