Introduction

After a previous interaction completed with a very rich and useful data analysis on a delivery company made for an investor, he is now back for more.

Now he is trying to have another a primary insight on a specific telecommunication company named TellCo, an existing mobile service provider in the Republic of Pefkakia.

Several types of analysis are to be carried out and reported.

Overview

The main purpose of this project will be to make a detailed analysis of the data that underlies the business stated above.

To understand the fundamentals of the business and especially to identify opportunities to drive profitability by changing the focus of which products or services are being offered.

And finally provide a report to analyse opportunities for growth and make a recommendation on whether TellCo is worth buying or not.

Install

Data can be found here at google drive

And the feature descriptions can be found also here at google drive

Notebooks

All the preprocessing, analysis, EDA and examples of user overview, user engagement, user experience, and user satisfaction analysis implementation will be here in the form of .ipynb file in the notebooks folder.

Models

All the models generated will be found here in the models folder.

Database

All the databases generated will be found here in the databases folder.

Scripts

All the modules for the analysis are found here.

Tests

All the unit and integration tests are found here in the tests folder.
