These Terms of Use apply to the primary instance of Tabby Web at https://tabby.sh only.
- You carry the responsibility of keeping their credentials safe
- You can request termination of your account and deletion of all data via a request to [email protected] from their sign-up email.
- Your account may be suspended if deliberate abuse of the gateway services (e.g. obviously excessive traffic) is detected.
- The source code of this application is provided to you under MIT license.
- You retain your right to any content you might upload into the application.
- You are solely liable for any content you upload. You acknowledge and accept that the content is not being viewed, filtered or moderated.
- THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
