PersianBlocker is a rewrite of Adblock-Iran (with filters added from two other Persian lists).
Adblock-Iran is currently present in EnergizedProtection but it has been unmaintained for 6 months, so uBlock Origin and AdGuard have replaced it with PersianBlocker:
