Allow user-defined keybindings in config.

Aiming to have this done by 0.10.

Questions:

• How are defaults handled/defined? Are they auto-enabled in the config? What if the config is missing?
• Should we instead have a "default" mode, where you just override/replace the default entries, and a "you're on your own" mode?
