Makes the following fixes:
- Fill-in-the-blank handles punctuation after the blank.
- Can update multiple-choice "correct answers".
- Multi-select survey question does not show green checkmark in feedback.
- Better accessibility / keyboard navigation for OEA player.
- Authoring UX updates.
- Authoring help documentation.
