The MIRTK Wiki contains documentation in progress while the online documentation of MIRTK is still rather limited. Users are invited to make corrections, add to these pages, and summarize their use cases of MIRTK tools for others as a starting point. As one of the core tools of the MIRTK, the configurable registration command is yet lacking a detailed documentation of configuration options for common registration tasks.
