图是好图。但是我建议不要单独链接给这个图，而是链接给一个md文件，里面引用这张图，再详细介绍不同烹饪方法的特点、优缺点、难度、耗时和方法概括。

是的， 是日本人做的图， 但是这个不影响阅读
