New additions: + Added the 'de.ts' file Changes: - added language support for German to 'default.vue' - added my name to the Translator list in 'links.vue' - added German translation file to the imports and lang list in 'nuxt.config.js'

Added German Website Translation, also fully works in my environment.
Also saw that the Korean translators name was not on the translators list so i added it. (@liberaldev)
