The Adafruit GPS library was so that latitude_fixed is negative when south of the equator and longitude_fixed is negative when west of prime meridian.

Updated the Arduino LMIC link to MCCI Catena. The old link was to a deprecated version.
Updated the library versions shown on the readme page to reflect the current versions of the libraries.
The Adafruit GPS library now gives signed longitude and latitude values so ttn_mapper.cpp was changed to work with this.
Added a screenshot from TTN Mapper
