Good sleep is essential to maintaining overall health and well-being, and that's where Sleepwell comes in. Sleepwell is an open-source sleep cycle app that helps you calculate and create alarms based on different scenarios to ensure you get the best possible sleep.
With Sleepwell, you can determine the optimal times for:
- Wake-up time
- Go to bed now
- Taking a power nap
You can also easily set alarms based on the calculations, customize your fall asleep time in the settings, and track your sleep progress over time with the Reports page, which includes a graph and deletable sleep logs.
