Mercury Browser for Windows 7

Builds of Mercury Browser based on ESR115 for Windows 7/8/8.1 support.

Firefox fork with compiler optimizations and patches from Librewolf, Waterfox, Ghostery, and BetterFox.

It aims to be the Firefox equivalent of my main project: Thorium (a Chromium fork).
