Advanced-Neuroscience-Final-Project

This repo containts the final project of advanced neuroscience instructed by Dr. Ali Ghazizadeh. I reproduced the results of a recently preprinted paper of "Alireza RahmanSetayesh, Ali Ghazizadeh" on feedback alignment and its underlying mechanism.

The codes are available in Pytorch in order to use gpu accelerating computations. None of Pytorch's automatic neural network libraries are used.

Feedback alignment with weight normalization can provide a biologically plausible mechanism for learning.
