Il progetto è stato un esperimento, nato dopo aver notato la difficoltà di comprensione del disegno di legge Zan (DDL Zan) nella sua forma originale; mostrando invece un atto come differenza rispetto agli atti originali, è possibile leggerlo e comprenderlo con chiarezza.
Attualmente, l'unico atto visualizzabile è il DDL Zan, consultabile qui.
Il progetto è stato chiuso. Dopo aver compreso a fondo il DDL, ed aver letto una grande quantità di articoli su di esso, è stato tristemente e indiscutibilmente chiaro che delle centinaia di migliaia di persone che ne hanno discusso, e dei politici, e dei giornalisti, quasi nessuno si è preoccupato di leggere o capire il DDL.
Finora, ho trovato solo un articolo, pubblicato da La Stampa, che ha dimostrato comprensione da parte dell'autore; addirittura, una testata diffusa come Il Corriere della Sera, ha pubblicato un articolo contenente fake news (che ho verificato personalmente).
In fin dei conti comunque, questo giudizio è eccessivamente severo; non è il ruolo di politici, giornalisti o cittadini quello di leggere e comprendere le leggi - questo ruolo spetta a

The project has been an experiment, born after noticing the difficulty of comprehending the "DDL Zan" ("Zan bill") in its original form; by displaying an act as difference with the original ones instead, it's possible to read and comprehend it with clarity.

The project has been closed. After having thoroughly understood the bill, and having read a large amount of articles about it, it's been sadly and undisputably clear that of the hundreds of thousands of people who discussed it, and the policians, and journalists, almost nobody took care of read or understand the bill.
As of today, I found only article, published by "La Stampa", that proved the author's comprehension of the subject; a widespread newspaper ("Il Corriere della Sera") even published an article including fake news (which I've personally verified).
Ultimately however, such judgment is harsh; it's certainly not the role of politicians, journalists or citizens, to read and understand the roles - this is the role of
