Edit the todo and add #project at the end and hit enter.
Click on the add symbol during hovering a todo.
Click on the search icon on the menu or put your cursor inside the input and press Strg + ArrowDown
How can I see hidden projects again?
Click on the view icon
Edit the project. Select the calendar in the dropdown and safe.
Use the back error beside the reload symbol.
Todos are only hidden. You can restore todos manually with the history or Nextcloud database.
The best todo app I tested was Todoist ... but I cannot self host the service and need to expose my private information to the government ("Cloud"). So I started to code my own with Nextcloud in the background.
Select the 20 % of the todos that bring the most impact for your life and work. The other 80 % of todos you can archive ... and relax. The product name name Select20 is reminder: Do not finish to 1000 of todos everyday. Instead pick the impactful ones.
