你的提案是因為發生某些問題嗎?
系統時區調台灣以外在看實況記錄時都抓不到當時的推文
推測開台時間這個參數在 YT 會跟隨系統時區但 PTT 推文時間固定為台灣時間所以對不到

你期待的改進方案
將 YT 讀取的時間先轉為台灣時區之後再與推文進行比對

你考慮過的其他替代方案
如果無法直接轉換時區,自行輸入時區差幾小時
