Control UTXO size sent via "Mix to"

For the mix-to wallet feature, Would be great to specify an utxo size range to move to longer term storage. User might already have a clue what TX size they expect to use in the future.

Manually controlling this can impact your privacy. If you really want to send specific sized UTXOs to your cold storage, you can use the "Payincoinjoin" RPC feature: http://docs.wasabiwallet.io/using-wasabi/RPC.html#payincoinjoin

Not sure what time that'd save me, I'm already aware I can manually select the size of utxo I want to transfer.

Can we pay to many with payinCJ? Would just emulate paying standard denomination to a list of addresses.
