I cant seem to get bots to respond to me in personal chat, only in a group setting. cornix bot doesnt respond to me but responds to group in group chat and their personal chats.

cointrendzbot responds to group and myself in group but not by itself in a private/personal chat.

this has happened to a few different bots, i just assumed the dev gave up on project but these are actively working projects that just wont respond to me as an individual

i have said the start command like 1000 times and nothing, but anyone adds the bot and boom start button and command work fine and bot responds instantly.

but for me it doesnt work.
