Missing scrollbar in terminal panel

Even when I have more lines of terminal history than can fit on the screen, no scrollbar appears on the right. Here's an example:
Anyone else? If I drag to select text, I can scroll back that way, so it isn't that the text has been lost.

Zed v0.80.6 (was also present in v0.80.5)
MacOS v10.15.7

The terminal is AFAIK based on Alacritty, which does not have scrollbars upstream either. No idea how relevant that is, but here's the upstream PR for adding one: alacritty/alacritty#7231
