Can't restart springboard after Zebra initial update (after installing Jailbreak on iOS 10.3.4 - iPad 4)

Hello!
I wonder if it's right behaviour for the manager, but I installed a Jailbreak through Socket on iPad 4 (iPad 3,6 - 10.3.4 - Zebra 1.1.28-L1 socket).
Then the manager have "1" notification in Downloads section (icon with arrow in box near "Search"). I downloaded all updates, but Zebra said "error occured, can't restart springboard, please, restart springboard manually". Is it even okay?
I didn't install any tweaks yet that can let me respring device through settings. I just closed "Zebra" and open it again, and everything works (all updates downloaded), at least now.

I just understand that I can't reboot the device, because I need to reinstall Jailbreak again and again. Any advices for this? Thanks!

UPD. Looks like that iPad model (iPad3,6) have problems with Socket Jailbreak? Because I have problems installing any tweaks that contains "respring" feature, iPad stucks at "clearing icon cache" or "synchronising icon cache" line, and ~5min later goes to endless respring. Thankfully, hard reset works great, but I need to delete these broken installed tweaks, because they don't work at all (and ofc again problem with icon cache when deleting).

I tried to enable "Restart Bootstrap" in Socket app, but it broke everything, because after reloading and trying to Jailbreak again it writes spray: failed - failed to get tfp0: 0. At the end, I just erased iPad, and trying to do all this again...
