Updated Debian Bullseye installation with ESP on the zpool disk (markdown)
use echo to set hostname insteade of hostnamectl since systemd tools do not work in chroot.
gramer problems solved, some commands changed to be simpler, some descriptions added.
bind the /run from live environment to installed system. smaller commands to bind virtual filesystems form live environment to installed system. some comments added.

passed -a to tee, to append to /etc/hosts file, not to overwrite it
some comments added. for some reason, lsblk doesnt show PARTUUID in chroot, replaced that with blkid. in 'Set hostname' there was a problem that was changing live hostname instead of installed system.
