Alpine Zabbix 6.0.x php8 - Unsupported php version #1377

The latest zabbix-web-nginx-mysql (6.0.29-alpine) image contains php version 8, however this version is currently unsupported (https://www.php.net/supported-versions)

So it should be upgraded to at least 8.1
