对于已启用插件，提供 SettingsSaving 接口，

当已启用插件，在 设置 页面，点击保存时，此时处于 保存中 状态, 此时激活 SettingsSaving, 传入 settingsJsonStr,
并可通过控制返回值，来给与用户提示

，当然在 BasePlugin 中提供默认实现，子类可 override
