timeout on servers with google-authenticator

I got timeouts on my servers with google authenticator

The normal ssh works just fine

Probably the connection takes more time than expected.
Try to increase the timeout by adding "++pexpect-timeout 10" argument.
Answer from host is empty. Try again with +v or +vv or try ssh before xxh.

After this my remote servers bashrc clears the screen and goes to the promt

I don't know if there is a connection, but I can't log on to a Citrix NetScaler NITRO either. Here the server tells me that it is not possible to log in because of security and that I should install sshpass.
I think the connection of the problems is keyboard-interactive login.
