We have an error now:

tsh version
# Teleport v6.2.8 git: go1.16.7

xxh +c 'tsh ssh'  login@host +v
# ssh arguments: ['-o', 'StrictHostKeyChecking=accept-new', '-o', 'User=login']
# Host info:
# ERROR: unsupported option value: accept-new
