cmd上为什么找不到匹配的-env参数 #109

在win上
go run main.go -env pro 可以运行

在cmd上报错
start go_build_yunhai.exe -env pro
Start-Process : 找不到与参数名称“env”匹配的参数。
所在位置行:1 字符: 27

start go_build_yunhai.exe -env pro
```

- FullyQualifiedErrorId : NamedParameterNotFound,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.StartProcessCommand
