Smaller size setting -> Larger gif size???

macOS version: 12.6
Kap version: 3.6.0

Steps to reproduce

Record -> Reduce the size to 75% -> Convert it to GIF

Current behaviour

When I reduce the size setting to 75% and convert it to GIF, the gif size gets enormously large. Same exact recording, but when I select 100% and convert it to GIF the gif size becomes 3.96mb. However, when I select 75%, then it becomes 33.4mb. This has been happening so many times (not only for this recording but also with other recordings as well) and I have no idea what's going on.

Expected behaviour

Since 100% is around 4mb, 75% one should be smaller?

Workaround

It does work rarely if I re-record the screen. But most of the times, it doesn't work.

• I wanted to try re-downloading the app so I deleted it. Now I cannot launch the downloaded Kap file :/ I use 2015 Macbook. How do I re-download it?
