I'm not an expert on this but I think the best way to understand the messaging protocol is to first connect your Whatsapp and start monitoring the messages you are receiving. Either print it to the console or log it somewhere.

Then ask one your friends to send you a message with a raw sticker and custom pack name on it. As soon as you receive that message, you can see it on the console or wherever you have decided to log it. Now copy the same structure and send it out using the API and it should work in most of the cases.

Again I'm not an expert on this project. Just my two cents.

You can try to use a generated image from wa-sticker-formatter, using the webp format

Do you think it's feasible to make an implementation using wa-sticker to have this function by default in wa-js?
