failed with "Too many users have viewed or downloaded" but it's a new folder

Describe the Bug

I tried to download a new folder which had never been shared before. There are many videos in it. After downloading two of them, gdown failed with the error below. And I can access it via the browser.

I also tried other folders.. but all of them are failed to download completely. Always met the above error and the following error:
