Registering unranked, misspelled, and inappropriate usernames

Currently, you can register any 12 characters, whether or not they show on the OSRS hiscores, by:

• hitting "Track [username]" on the website after searching for them
• typing !update [username] with the discord bot
• Adding them to a group on the website

This causes misspelled and inappropriate usernames to be stored and sometimes be added to groups. In the example below, I just typed random letters.

We shouldn't register any profiles that cannot be found initially on the OSRS hiscores. In addition there should be a clear error message as to which user(s) will not be added to a group in the case of importing members to a group.

We should also delete any existed profiles that are registered with absolutely no data, as many of these are likely just misspellings or inappropriate names, and may be bogging down group updates.
