WinSW logo

It would be great to have a logo for the project, at least a temporary one. Since WinSW is on the separate GitHub org now, having a logo would help to improve visibility for the project

Current logo draft, credits to @NextTurn 👍

Acceptance criteria:

• Logo is suggested in this issue and approved
• Logo is added into the repository (bonus points for small PNG icon, large PNG and Vector)
• Logo is linked from the NuGet package spec

For org admins:

• Update the GitHub org logo accordingly once completed

Until we have a real logo, I can just put "WinSW" text as a placeholder , in black&white or with with .NET Foundation colors:

I will put this logo in the profile for now. It is definitely much better than the autogenerated picture. But the final logo is still TODO

Here are my takes using the Cascadia Code font (or Segoe UI) and the gear-fill icon from Bootstrap. Might benefit from some light gradients like the Windows Terminal icon.
