开发至今，有些默认参数（如cutter threshold、offset）已经无法满足实际需要。

threshold：0.95 -> 0.98
在目前版本，cutter的目的在于尽可能找出变化阶段，0.95不足以应对大多数情况。

offset：保持默认关闭

psnr_threshold 需要默认打开以应对目前越来越多的渐变动画；
threshold默认值需要相应修改。
