Extension editable, dropdown display the value instead of label

Description

When bootstrap table contain editable field of type dropdown, the table now display directly the value from table data instead of a label from from dropdown options. See example bellow. This used to work correctly in 1.21.4 and older versions

I am not 100% sure, but maybe this could be caused by PR #6400. If I am right, that PR shall be probably reverted and the corresponding issue fixed in some proper way.
