We should switch to some other server. Possible candidates are:

  • Kea
  • systemd-networkd with DHCPServer=
  • Dora
  • maybe, there is something simpler - look for it.

novaboot: Don't use dhcpd, whitch is EOL

We replace it with hello package until we solve
wentasah/novaboot#11.
