[Bug] Webhint does not seem to work when used in a Nuxt project.

Description

I have installed the webhint vscode extension, and have also tried the npm package, and have tried to use it as shown in the docs, and yet it doesn't activate. I tried the same example preview of the input title:

As you can see, it does not flag an error.

VSCode extension/npm package (both latest), windows 11, no .hintrc.
