The below error happened when running https://wpt.live/webnn/conformance_tests/gpu/elementwise_logical.https.any.html by Chromium Canary with enabled "Enables WebNN API" flag.
This failure was introduced by #44883 to fix "these tests end up taking multiple hours in browsers that don't support".
I plan to add this test into each test files under webnn/conformance_tests and webnn/validation_tests folders and remove it from relevant functions.
