API for getting all keys

It would be nice to provide an API to get all keys in a key-value store. One use-case could be to search keys holding certain values.

Not all key value stores support the ability to list or query keys. Since we're building a generalized abstraction we need to think about what we can support broadly. Also, even in some stores that allow key queries, it can dramatically slow down or even lock up the store server to query the keys
