First the issues

The settings panel for shortcuts indicates there's a conflict but doesn't say or show what its conflicting with

1. It should show the items its conflicting with right in the edit for the shortcut itself
2. Conflicts are often intentional it seems by Warp but because the same keystroke should be bound only in a given context. Allowing the specification of context or scope and indicating which shortcuts apply out of the box to which context/scopes then most of the likely conflicts disappear. Conflicts should be the the same keystroke combo + context.

Also documnenation, even a small snippet, inline about what the heck a particular shortcut binding actually does and when it might be used would be wildly helpful (and please do not use a little (i) tooltip for this. I want to see at a glance or at least when a binding is selected (where you see Clear|Cancel|Reset|Save buttons)

Recommendations

context|scope

Having the ability to define associate a keybinding (or anything else) within a scope would be really helpful. You could even have a scope be a named block or block generated by a command (or command line regex)

This really gives you ways to clean up the UI.
