Possibility to extend the efficiency rules by configuration

What would you like to be added:
A way to extend the efficiency rules through parameters

Why is this needed:
Instead of efficiency being calculated only by duplicated files, files not removed or moving files between layers, it would be nice to have another ways to add more rules.
For example:

• filter by filename patterns : files that we know cannot be part of the image (Zip, log,..)
