When your gpu is too old and weak, use the CPU version. But if the CPU is too weak, it will still have issues to run it properly. RVC is a software that requires a lot of performance and this can't be changed regardless of how optimized it gets.
But still, give it a try to the CPU version or just switch the F0 detection mode to a CPU one.
