Issue Description

W-Okada worked for me for weeks and all of a sudden now whenever I try to use it, it doesn't start. It just hangs on "wait web server" and tries and tries to connect but never does. I've tried turning off my firewall. Deleting the settings file, and deleting the entire program and reinstalling the whole thing. Nothing has worked.
