Issue Description

So the voice changer works fine in Overwatch for example but on Discord it only picks up my audio when I hit the "Start Testing" button from Discord Settings,I can hear myself there but when in a discord call if I talk it says I'm speaking but no audio comes out, I have a virtual cable installed as well
