- Update Bootstrap (and use CDN)
- Update Font Awesome (and use CDN) [Fix Font Awesome needs to be updated #15]
- Update other fonts

- Other Improvements
* Add Title and Description placeholder text. * Add Author Info section. * Add Author name attribute with placeholder comments. * Initialize Author Info.
* Use Font Awesome's Free CDN. * Update icons' classes & styles to match the new version without affecting the layout or the view. * Fix issue #15.
* Refrence used weights only. * Remove Helvetica Neue font. * Use Open Sans weight 600 to match the latest version.
* Use Bootstrap's CDN instead of compilied version. * Delete compilied bootstrap files.
