To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

在vnote软件打开只有一行字符的文件： Untitled.md
内容如图：左边是md源码，右边是vnote渲染出来的页面
尝试导出为 html 格式，却发现很长时间不成功（大于 1 分钟没有响应）

OS: Windows 10 (Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17763.4252])
Version 3.17 从这里下载的： https://github.com/vnotex/vnote/releases/download/continuous-build/vnote-win-x64-qt6.5.2.zip
